The Code describes life in the network and among its members.

An UNDER respects its opposite like itself, thus regardless of the origin, the education level or the skin color.

Everyone should work constantly to develop and improve.
INNER ATTITUDE
In action, a member is characterized by patience, perseverance and a due seriousness.
DEMUT
A moderately modest appearance should be a role model and inspiration for people inside and outside the network.
TRUTHFULNESS
A member courageously advocates justice, but with the goal of bringing about a peaceful resolution. Sincerity is an essential part of his or her sense of honor.
DISCRETION
A member undertakes to maintain confidentiality about all matters within the network that are entrusted to him or her. The obligation to maintain confidentiality shall continue to exist even after termination of membership.
IDENTITY KEEPER
The identities of other members should be preserved and no information about others should be given in response to inquiries unless they specifically agree.
COMMUNITY
Camaraderie, respect and humility are the cornerstones of our community. The members are encouraged to live these values and to carry them forward.
Fees
Supporter
Supporters are not full or sustaining members. They are supporters of the association and the values for which it stands. A contractual obligation does not arise.

SUPPORTING AND FULL MEMBERS
Supporting and full members pay the same annual membership fee together. The right to vote is acquired according to UDV1.

AUTHORITY MEMBERSHIP
As members of the authorities, we welcome state organizations or their authorized representatives.

* For new applications, a one-time processing fee of USD 255 is charged.
** A processing fee of 3 x PKE (per capita income of the country of domicile) is charged for new applications of authority membership.
